Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition—unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging—and you must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank or card processing times may vary.
