Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
In rare cases, order processing may take longer due to high demand, product availability, or unforeseen circumstances. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you directly.
Shipping Times & Rates
We offer standard shipping for all orders. Estimated delivery times vary by location:

Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Some promotions (such as Free Shipping) may apply automatically.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.
Delays & Lost Packages
IRON PHANTOM is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect/incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first. If the issue isn’t resolved, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country’s customs office. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address due to customer error.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries. However, some items may have shipping restrictions due to local regulations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
